Conflict Resolution
1. Genuinely being open to resolution is the first step.
2. When you understand what the common underlying causes of conflict amongst people are, it’s so much easier to see how a situation that requires resolution has arisen.
Being open to understanding yourself & the other party better, and willing to accept responsibility for what you knowingly or unknowingly have done or are doing to contribute to the problem is step 2. This is essential!
3. Whilst knowledge is powerful, sometimes it’s not enough to create change at the level it’s wanted or needed.
Creating change in mental and emotional patterns of thinking and behaving will enable you to handle yourself & others in a more constructive way now and in the future. This is step 3.

For maximum success in any team, the group needs to be congruently focused with absolute aligned clarity on what outcomes are wanted, how it’s going to be achieved, and what each person’s role is in that outcome.
Absolute laser sharp clarity and focus, times by the number of people on your team, will burn a path right to your target & leave minimal space for individual or team distractions, interruptions or road blocks.

This system quickly identifies & reveals any hidden misperceptions amongst individuals which will eventually show up in their work in their performance or outcomes.
2. Using this same system, which incorporates the latest in neuroscience, I lead the team to aligned clarity on every aspect of the V,M,P & Values so the group’s focus is absolutely congruent, clear and laser sharp.
3. Based on what I identify in individuals throughout the session, or what they identify themselves, I work with them individually to eliminate any personal mental or emotional limitations or roadblocks so there’s no interference with their progress or the successful accomplishment of Organisational goals & KPI’s.

The proven system I use is PER-K® which activates Possibilites, focuses Energy congruently, and produces repeatable Results – which is the Key to sustainable success.
For exploration and resolution of any unconscious limitations or roadblocks within individuals, I use a combination of PSYCH-K®, The Emotion Code™ or The Body Code™
